Teen Leadership Conference

Teen Leadership Conference (TLC) is a one-day event hosted by the Kaleidoscope Discovery Center that empowers teens through hands-on learning, leadership development, and career exploration opportunities. Designed for students ages 13–18, the conference connects participants with professionals and community leaders while helping them build communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Through engaging presentations, interactive activities, and networking opportunities, attendees gain valuable tools and inspiration to become confident leaders in their schools, communities, and future careers.
