Phelps Health Topping Out Ceremony

Phelps Health will celebrate an important construction milestone with a Topping Out Ceremony for its new Emergency Department expansion. Guests can sign the final beam, meet Phelps Health leaders, and learn more about how the new space will benefit the community.
