A crisp and refreshing start—locally sourced, thinly sliced radishes and cucumbers delicately arranged on a bed of micro and spring greens, accented with juicy navel orange slices. Finished with a sweet and zesty lemon vinaigrette for the perfect balance of brightness and freshness.
