
Nature Yoga Class
Join in for a 45 minute yoga class hosted by Audubon Nature Centre on June 13 at 8 am. The class isled by Nicole, an experienced yoga teacher. Bring your own yoga mat. A blanket or additional padding is recommended. We will be practicing on a concrete space at the Audubon Trails Nature Center Pavilion. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle. This easy flow style yoga class is appropriate for people of all ages and experience levels.
