Fall Nature Festival
The Ozark Rivers Audubon Chapter invites the community to celebrate the wonders of nature at their Fall Nature Festival on September 13, a free, family-friendly event packed with fun and discovery! Guests of all ages can explore over 20 exhibitors from environmental organizations, enjoy hands-on activities, and experience the great outdoors in a whole new way.
Highlights include:
🌸 Native Plant Vendors – shop a wide selection of beautiful, eco-friendly plants
🪶 Hummingbird Banding (9 a.m.–12 p.m.) – witness these tiny marvels up close
🌿 Guided Nature Walks – immerse yourself in the trails with expert guides
🦉 Live Animals & Kids’ Activities – interactive fun for the whole family
🍔 Food Trucks, Booths & Displays – something for every appetite and interest
Free shuttle service makes getting there easy, running continuously from 8:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m. between the MoDOT Commuter Lot (1310 Nagogami Rd.) and the Nature Center. Limited handicapped parking (wheelchair only) is available at the Nature Center. Please note: drive-through traffic will be restricted to native plant sales pick-up only.
