Back To School Bash

Four Rivers is excited to host a special Back-to-School Wellness Event on August 18th from 9 AM – 4 PM at 1081 East 18th Street (next to the movie theater in Rolla).

Families can take advantage of essential services including:
✅ Sports Physicals
✅ Immunizations
✅ Well-Child Checks
✅ Oral Health Evaluations
✅ Medicaid & Community Resource Assistance

Every child seen at the event will receive:
🍦 A snow cone from Snowie Shaved Ice of Rolla
✏️ Free school supplies
🎉 An entry into exciting giveaways

Thanks to generous employee and community donations, Four Rivers is also partnering with Shoe Sensation of Rolla to provide a select number of children with brand-new shoes just in time for the first day of school!

Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. All insurances will be accepted.
