S&T Movies on the Green kicks off Oct. 29 with ‘Hocus Pocus’

Missouri S&T is launching a new community movie night series called S&T Movies on the Green, with the first screening set for Thursday, Oct. 29, on the oval green in the Havener Arrival Complex, 500 Tim Bradley Way.

Community members, students and families are invited to a Throwback Thursday screening of the 1993 classic Hocus Pocus.

Food trucks will be set up in the vehicle drop-off area in front of the parking garage.

Activities from the Kummer Center for STEM Education and other S&T groups will run from 6 to 7 p.m. on the oval green near the food trucks. Attendees can enjoy the activities and purchase food before setting up their chairs and blankets and settling in for the movie at 7 p.m.

Admission is free, and attendees can park in S&T’s Lot H at 705 Tim Bradley Way or other S&T lots at no cost during the event. Paid parking is also available in the underground parking garage.
